Thank you for your inquiry. This heater requires wall power. Have a great day!
Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds like the excess flow device on that heater may be triggered. Please reach out to the manufacturer directly at 1-855-663-0660 so we can help get that heater running normally. Have a great day!
Thanks for the question. While the 170,000 BTU Forced Air Propane Heater is powerful and can raise temperatures quickly in enclosed areas, it’s not designed or rated for pest control applications, including achieving and maintaining the 140°F continuous temperatures typically required for termite extermination. Using it for that purpose raises safety risks like overheating, improper ventilation, or even fire. We strongly recommend using equipment that’s specifically designed for thermal pest treatment.

Thank you for your inquiry. No, this heater cannot be converted. Have a great day!
Thank you for your inquiry! This heater will not be able to heat the room to the temperature needed to kill termites. Hope this helps!
Thank you for your inquiry! The temperature of the unit's high limit switch will shut the heater off once it reaches 240 degrees. Because of this, the achieved room temperature may vary. Hope this helps!
Hello! This heater will require a minimum of 240 Watts to run. Have a great day!
I'm using a 33 lb forklift LP tank on mine. Works great. Just be sure to use the vapor only port/valve. The fitting and valve for the forklift supplies liquid LP. Forklifts have vaporizers to convert the liquid to a gas as well as the proper regulator.
Hi Vito. According to DeWalt, the minimum recommended LP tank size is 40 pounds. This heater uses a standard POL left hand thread coupling. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Rick_HD_OC
