I bought 4 Alturas in 2008 (still running). I bought 4 more as you were transitioning to the inverter design. The inverter design does not work in my location (dirty ac) and i dont like the rocking back/fro to start. Does the fan still use inverter tech?
Thank you for your question. The only Altura fans that use the inverter tech would be the 68" Altura with DC motor. The 48, 56, and 60 inch versions all have the standard AC motors. There is a 68" version with standard AC motor as well - model #94468. The 68" Altura with DC motor will have that listed in the product name and are the only ones that start up back and forth which is typical for DC motor fans.
What does the light kit look like for 60” alters ceiling fan?

I have this fan from a few years ago in brushed nickel. I cannot find the switch to reverse the direction. It is not on the remote and I cannot see it on the switch cap. Can a photo or video be sent to me with instructions?
Thank you for your question. To reverse the fan direction, turn the fan off and then change the position of the reverse switch located on the switch cup on the base of the fan. No diagram it's close where you would connect a light kit.

What speed does this fan turn on high
Thank you for your question. On high speed the fans cfms are 6223.
I have 4 fans in a sunroom on 4 independent switches. The switches came with the fans. The fans spin at very different speeds when the switches are at the same setting. Fans were installed by an electrician. Any suggestions as to the solution?
