We're sorry to hear that this mattress bag tore in several places.
This 4-mil mattress bag is designed for heavy-duty use so it is less prone to tearing, but it is still a plastic item and can tear if it isn't handled with care or if it gets caught on something.
We do offer a 6-mil mattress bag which is thicker and can handle even heavier-duty use. Your satisfaction is important to us and we would be happy to send you an upgraded bag. Please email us at: cs@linenspa.com with proof of purchase and your information so we can quickly assist you.
Thanks!
