Does this work on outdoor steel furniture scratches?

Now this product is for furniture not steel and will not at last outdoors
Are the interiors of the wall cabinets a basic white paint or the faux maple veneer look? Same question for the interior of the wall cabinet doors - does it match the painted finished on the outside or is it something else? Please advise. Thank you
