Poor build quality

The cabinets look good, but a many of them are out of square. This one the cabinet door will not close because it is out of square. My contractor says they are worst cabinets he has installed

More garbage delivered

Well, I had another TWO cabinets, bringing the total to 6 out of 15 PLUS the entire first shipment of finishing materials (filler, toe kicks, etc) arrive damaged. These are damaged so beyond belief we couldn't even believe it! Both cabinets were gouged by forklifts QUITE obviously and yet??? No one thought not to waste the time sending them to a delivery terminal to load on a truck and waste at least another additional week of our time. The damage we have had with these cabinets have cost us so much money in delays for our project that it is now in the $1,000's!!! My contractor is gone, I finally got a cabinet we had delivered damaged TWICE arrive undamaged and now I will pay a different contractor twice as much to install that. Then, he'll come back yet again to install these two cabinets if and when they finally arrive someday undamaged. And in the meantime, we are forced to use the damaged bases or I cannot order countertops and the rest of the base cabinets can't be completed. And when the manager of the local Home Depot in Bristol tried to get me a full refund on the last damaged cabinet? They refused to issue it because I was forced to use it temporarily!! Don't fall for the finish or how nice these look on the website pictures...you will be sorry! I would absolutely have gone with a different choice if I knew how much this would cost us. Super disappointing after the tens of thousands of dollars I've spent at Home Depot over the years (will be at least $25,000 just on this project's materials alone). Don't waste your time, money OR sanity over these cabinets!!

Zero star review??

As beautiful as these cabinets could be if they didn't come damaged, I do NOT recommend. After ordering way before the start of the project just in case anything had to be returned, this piece along with several others had to go back because of damage. Why? Because they use ZERO packing materials for any of it! The cabinet brand for the island we are doing came wrapped in corrugated packing material, in a box with a bottom and top cap and the cabinets were pristine. These cabinets literally come in a flimsy cardboard box, corner triangles are the only packing material and at least half of those aren't even on the corners any more! Holes all over the boxes from forklifts and I'm amazed even more weren't damaged the way they were packed!! This sink base cabinet wasn't just damaged, it was completely broken into pieces! Since we now are past the installation deadline, we are forced to use it as a place keeper while we wait for another replacement and I will pay a lot of extra labor for this to be replaced. Also can't order my countertops until one comes undamaged. What a nightmare! All it would take is a little packing material. And Home Depot's response after the store manager sat on the phone with them for a half hour on my behalf?? They wanted to give me $60 back only because I can't return it (even though I had all the photos). The store manager managed to get me $150 back plus refund the shipping charge I had to pay for this garbage. Of course, I've now paid an additional $79 for yet another replacement. Oh and did I mention none of the tracking information I was given throughout the process was accurate? The time and money I am wasting is beyond ridiculous! So, even though they are quite pretty, I cannot recommend.

Terrible, buyer beware

Low quality look and feel on arrival. Arrived broken after waiting 3 weeks for the first shipment and is mangled to the point of the door falling off when the packaging was opened. We’re likely to return the entire order at this point as this was not the only damaged and poorly handled item.

Great as a filler!

I accidentally drilled the hole for the cabinet knob on the wrong side of one of the doors. I was able to fill the hole with pieces of this stick then use the edge of a credit card to smooth it. Saved me from ordering a new cabinet door!

The picture shows the cabinet is covered with wood pattern on the side but it actually comes in white on both sides and unfinished. This is completely different than what's shown on all the pictures on home depot site. So untrustworthy! The only solution to solve this is to buy a panel to cover that. But we've already installed everything including the backsplash. So if we were to fix this , we have to take down all the backsplash and redo that. Do not buy unless you'd like your kitchen looks good on the front and unfinished and white on the sides.
