The manual says "Type 1/41 Guard available at extra cost". What is the part number for the 1/41 guard? Note the supplied guard, Part Number N726389 is a type 27 guard.
I don't think N042786 will fit. N042786 includes the clamp. On the DCG416 Type 10, the clamp is part of the grinder. To use N042786 the screw (N137733), lever (N136731), & spring (N105579) would need to be removed from the grinder.
