Can this lamps battery be charged from a laptops USB C port at 1/2 to 1 watt power output?

How stable is base?
The base is mildly weighted by the internal electronics. That is sufficient to keep it stable.
It can tip over easily. Put it in a position where it won't be easily bumped and you've got yourself a great lamp. Probably not good for pets or children to play with.
What do you plug the recharge cord into to enable you to recharge the light. I know one end goes into the light itself....what power do you use for the other end of the plug.
Either use an adapter and plug it in the wall socket or use a computer/laptop.
The USB end will need to be plugged into one of two places to charge this lamp. 1.) an exterior two-prong outlet adapter that connects to the USB end to then be plugged into a wall outlet. 2.) a computer or portable battery pack with a USB port. Hope this helps.
