Can use led bulb

Led bulbs can be used on this fixture. • UL has issued safety standards to cover use of “equivalent” lamps in light fixtures that are marked for use with an incandescent lamp (i.e. 100-watt MAX Type A). UL has advised manufacturers (including Progress Lighting) that customers can install CFL/LED lamps as long as the equivalent rating does not exceed the original maximum wattage. For example, if Brand X advertises that a 13-watt CFL equals a 60-watt incandescent lamp, that 13-watt lamp can be used in a fixture that has a MAX rating of >=60 watts. It is at our customer’s discretion to choose to install equivalent CFL/LED lamps. Customers should pay careful attention to the bulb manufacturer’s warning/caution statements on the packaging or printed on the lamp. For example, many LED / CFL’s will indicate on the packaging that they cannot be used in an enclosed fixture or used with a dimmer. Thank You.
What is the shortest length from ceiling to bottom of the chandelier ?

If you only use a couple of chain links it is about 19”. We have 8’3” ceilings and a hi top table. Our ceiling to bottom of the light fixture is 33”.
Can this lighting fixture use LED lights?
I suppose You could. But it may not be as aesthetically pleasing.
