    Answer This Question

Hello Cecelia. There could be blockage in the fuel lines or float bowl of the carburetor from leftover fuel. If you’re familiar with how to clean a carburetor, we suggest using a carburetor cleaner. Otherwise, we recommend you take it to your nearest authorized service center for cleaning. Thank you for your question.

Hi Kenneth. We specify our engine size and capacity using engine displacement (cc), because it is a highly reliable and consistent. This engine is rated for 208 cc's. We do not provide horsepower ratings, and there is no direct mathematical conversion to calculate engine horsepower from engine displacement. Here's some more info on our website: http://bit.ly/2up3Lah. Thank you for your question.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Troybilt Tiller. Haven't had a garden in 20 years but after looking at available tillers I went with the Troybilt Bronco. Just knowing the quality of the machine - the workhorse that my previous tiller was - and this one has not disappointed. I love the features, especially the reverse option. And, first tank of gas ill yp follow by one pull on the cord and this thing was running. Just absolutely love this tiller. There is none better!

                            Reverse tines
Reversing times are a bad design. They pick up rocks and no place to go except between tines and housing that destroys the housing and bends it all out of shape then you can’t move the depth gauge. If you have rocky soil Buy a bigger machine or at least one that is forward tines. I destroyed mine on second use and it will probably happen again because I can’t make the times go in forward direction

Handles bent but I reinforced them with angle iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this many years ago, but the handles bend, so I bolted on some angle iron along each side running from the upper handle down to the lower handle supports. Otherwise it has been a good tiller. I have replaced the carb once. I wish the tines could be disengaged while you are moving it. The Mustang model looks like a good alternative except that the reviews mention that it is hard to shift.

My husband bought me this tiller in March, I love it!!! It is easy for me to use and it is a work horse. My favorite feature is the reverse! Better than a diamond ring, best present he's bought for me in a long time. He knows I love my garden and now it is so much easier to do with my Troy Bilt Super Bronco Tiller!

Very aggressive and does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 20 year old Troy-Bilt tiller with this model. I did not realize what CRT actually meant and the operation of counter rotating tines is completely different between the two models. But I am growing to love the aggressive action of this tiller. My old one would bounce around and I would have to hold it back from jumping around. This one does a great job of breaking up the hard pan of untilled soil. A bit bigger than my old Bronco and really enjoy the nice upgrades in controls
