American Standard R110 Does this fit with the trim? Specifically the trim that is old school and uses a single metallic to hook the handle too
Hello Mike, Thank you for reaching out to American Standard. The R110 valve will work with our new pressure balance trim kits as long as you keep the cartridge you already have installed. It is the A954440-0070A cartridge and it has rounded splines on the end. The cartridge with the small metal hook on it is the 023529-0070A and it cannot be used with our new trim kits. You can change out the 023529-0070A to the A954440-0070A to adapt it for the new trim. How do I know if trim kit will fit R111 cartridge?
