About This Product

The MILWAUKEE M18 FUEL 21 Degree Framing Nailer sets the new standard for cordless framing nailers. By leveraging a nitrogen spring mechanism, POWERSTATE brushless motor, and REDLINK Intelligence, this nailer provides users with pneumatic performance and the convenience and freedom of cordless power. Delivering the power to sink full round head nails into dense engineered lumbers, this framing nailer enables users to tackle even the most demanding framing applications. To keep users productive and efficient throughout the day, the framing gun fires 3 nails per second with zero ramp-up time, meaning a nail is fired as soon as the user pulls the trigger. Additionally, the cordless framing nailer operates using only Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM Batteries (not included) and sealed compressed nitrogen to drive each nail, completely eliminating the cost of gas cartridges and maintenance associated with competitors' nailers. The M18 FUEL 21 Degree Framing Nailer delivers the pneumatic performance and durability that professional carpenters and remodelers expect, without the hassle of a compressor and hose or gas cartridge.

                  Excellent nail gun
I was debating which nail gun to buy for this frame project, so I chose the most expensive one, the Milwaukee. As expected, the brand name is great. It is truly perfect. I highly recommend it. I was surprised by the battery life; it lasted long enough to drive 500 nails, making it suitable for continuous use. The lack of trigger kickback means it doesn't strain the wrist during operation. Thanks to its excellent center of gravity, it doesn't feel heavy despite its actual weight. It offers great penetration power and a high firing rate. The nails drive in consistently well. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Overall this is a very good nailer. Recently switched to Milwaukee from another brand and while most of the tools are an upgrade, I miss my old framing nailer. The biggest downsides for me are the cleat, power button, and weight. The cleat on this gun only has two points, so if you’re toenailing, it can get slick. I’m not a fan of having to power this on, but I’ll get used to that. And this weighs several more ounces than my old gun. None of these are dealbreakers but for me, these drawbacks mean there are better options out there. Unfortunately I’m now married to the M18 battery, so I’ll deal with it.

I had a chance to use this gun on a couple jobs so far. It’s a little heavy but has been an amazing tool! I love not having a hose/compressor and not lacking in functionality. It has exceeded my expectation and I would buy again.

This is by far the best draining nailer on the market really like the fit and finish and the mechanics of the tool great value and hard to beat Home Depot as a retailer! Thanks Milwaukee for another great tool .

the 30 degree framing nailer does not disappoint. It is consistent in its performance, driving nails evenly and fast. I don't typically use the bump fire mode, but if you do, it's probably faster than you can nail. It is heavier than the pneumatic nailers, but the lack of any hose or cord more than makes up for it in my estimation. Battery life is excellent. I'm using the high output 3.0 batteries, and in my use a battery lasts all day, but even if it didn't, battery changes are simple. If you're used to using a pneumatic nailer as I am, you may forget to "turn it on" via the power button a few times, just as I have, but you quickly get used to pressing the power button first. Also, unlike some other battery nailers, when you sit it down for a few minutes, it won't turn itself off in a short time.

The Milwaukee m18 fuel 3 1/2 in nail gun arrived the next day and performed even better than advertised. No problem driving 3in nails in for framing purposes. The 5 ah battery also performs very well. Easily get an entires day work on one charge. I would highly recommend this nail gun for anyone in the market for a battery powered nailer.

Works pretty good. The battery life last awhile. The only thing I can say bad is the teeth could be more aggressive so it would be easier to toenail boards in other then that I’m pretty happy with it

Great product! I was sold on the zero ramp-up time, thus far I’ve used it on some small jobs, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the performance!
