I'm trying to find the clear opening size for this particular window. Andersen is no help whatsoever, they need to know the "window number" which isn't listed. They don't seem to know either, I guess we have to order one, measure it, and return it.

Is there a window where both sashes have tilt-in cleaning, but the bottom sash is fixed, and the top sash is operable?
