If I need 18 feet how do I adjust the 3 feet of the door can I cut 1 panel to fit the door ?
Horizontal rails can be trimmed in width using a fine tooth saw blade to make panels and gates more narrow to fit specific spaces.
I need 50ft of fence and ending post is extra?
Each panel will come as a kit with 1 post/anchor in the box with the panel. You will need a ZP19046 finishing post to go at the end of your last panel to complete your run.
I need 80 ft of fencing . I think I need I extra post. I am ordering 15. Will that be enough?
Panels are 6' wide and each come with one post in the box. For 80' you will need 14 boxes of the panel kits and one ZP19046 All-American finishing post to go at the end of the last panel.
I’m interested in installing a single panel to partially hide a lawn transformer. If the rods are driven into the ground only 18 inches, will the fence posts hide the rods when they are slid over the them, or will the rods need to be cut shorter?
They will, however we recommend installing them at the depth listen in the install guide for the best post stability.
What is the height of the shortest picket?
30 1/2 inches is the length of the shortest picket. See installation guide for parts dimensions.
how is it in a hurricane
We do not have testing for this product in hurricane conditions, likely pipes will be fine but panels might be damaged. If something is damaged from storms, replacement parts can be purchased from us directly.
Are these considered permanent fencing?
Yes, anything with a steel pipe being driven into the ground is considered "permanent" not designed to be moved once installed. It however can be removed if necessary, but removing pipe can be difficult and not recommended.
