About This Product
Use this PureBond Birch Plywood Project Panel for your next cabinetry or furniture project and never worry about it releasing airborne contaminants, as formaldehyde-laden products are prone to do. A decorative birch veneer graces the face of this 3-ply panel, assembled on top of 2 other veneers with a soy-based PureBond technology that is environmentally friendly and won't off-gas toxic fumes like UF plywood. The natural warmth and beauty of real birch gives the decorative face veneer a splendid appearance that forms the foundation for impressive DIY creations, such as serving trays, end tables, pet food centers, footstools, wall pockets, shelves and more. It's a cost-competitive alternative to products that may degrade indoor air quality over time and its water resistance further strengthens its endurance for lasting performance.

Is this a veneer ply ?
yes, this is veneer core plywood
Looking to mount this on wood studs then mount things on it, would this work? how much weight could it support?
We don't have formal span ratings published since this is not considered a structural panel. We would need to discuss your application in more detail for me to provide guidance. Give me a call at 800-637-1609 if you would like to discuss. Thanks - Michael
I want to cut a 4" x 4" 3/4" Birch Plywood to 34" x 34" to go underneath & support a Nero Marquina marble table that weighs probably 100 to 150 lbs and has some cracks thanks to the movers dropping it in its crate on one corner. Is this strong enough?
This is designed for decorative applications, so we do not have extensive span rating testing results to answer this question with certainty. However, I can discuss this with you in more detail if you would like. My email is mhale@cfpwood.com. Thanks - Michael
If I order a 4ft x 4ft panel, will it be truly 48 inches by 48 inches? or will there be a bit extra that i can trim off factory edges to make it 48 by 48?
Hi. These panels are not oversized, they are exact within a reasonable tolerance. Feel free to call if you need more detail. 800-637-1609 - Michael
Could I use this as a spare tire cover replacement? The original 1/8" MDF is cheap, smelly, and warped.
This is not an intended application for our product, so it would depend on the use-case. I have emailed you to get more information and help provide guidance. Thanks Michael
