TRITAN BP Universal Ledge Trim is the perfect solution when wanting to create a break or transition point from the stone paneling to another product. For example, if you where installing the stone panels in a bathroom remodel, you could install the panels from the floor half way up the wall or from the ceiling half way down. Then with the ledge trim would be used to create a top point for the siding. From the ledge trim away from the stone wall covering, you could paint or use a wainscoting. Similarly, you could create the same effect on the outside of the home when transitioning from TRITAN BP faux siding to vinyl or another product. TRITAN BP ledge trim is designed to work with all our stone panels.

Hi John, we would recommend mitering the panels to create the inside corner, you can do this similar to cutting the inside corner of a baseboard moulding. We would be happy to provide additional assistance if you need it, please call us anytime at 866-771-2345.
Hi there, Great question! When you reach the end of a run, you have a few easy options for finishing the exposed edge of the panels: Use our matching trim — This is the simplest and cleanest option. Just search “Tritan BP” on Home Depot and the trim pieces for your panel color should appear. Use a wood or PVC trim board — Many customers use a simple 1x2 or similar profile. Just cut it to size and paint or stain it to match the panel. Use wood filler/Bondo and touch-up paint — If you want a very clean, seamless look, you can fill the exposed edge and touch up with paint. If you’d like help choosing the right trim for your specific panel color, feel free to call us at 866-771-2345 — we’re always happy to help make sure your installation goes smoothly.
Thank you for reaching out with your question! Our polyurethane faux panels are water-resistant, which means they can handle exposure to moisture, humidity, and ongoing rain without any issues. While they aren’t technically 100% waterproof like a sealed plastic or rubber, they’re designed to perform well in both indoor and outdoor environments—including areas like bathrooms, basements, and exterior walls. For areas with heavy or constant water exposure (like direct water spray or immersion), we recommend sealing around edges and joints with a quality exterior-grade caulk to help keep moisture out and ensure long-lasting performance. If you have a specific installation in mind, we’d be happy to talk through the details and help you plan the best approach. There are several methods for installing our product around windows and doors:Method One: Take our pre-made outside corner and cut it lengthwise to create two straight pieces. Align the cut edge with the panel, leaving the opposite edge as the finished trim around the door or window. Each ledge trim is 48 inches long, so cutting it in half gives you two 48-inch pieces, totaling 96 inches.Method Two: Frame the window or door with a 1 x 3 board. For exterior applications, use a pressure-treated or synthetic board for longevity. Depending on your choice, you can paint or stain the board to match the house trim or stone. Once the trim or wood is installed around the door and windows, cut the panels to fit snugly against the wood trim. Option three, yo ucan install a 1-1/2 J channel as well. Regardless of the method, we recommend applying a bead of adhesive along the edge of the cut stone where it meets the wood trim. This will help seal the joint and prevent moisture from getting behind the panel in the future. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us anytime. We ordered this stone and opened the box in the hardware store and it looked so fake that we returned the entire batch. I bought some real stack stone and attached with mortar etc. and it looks fantastic.
Hello Florida. The panels can be cut with a hand or circular saw. A table saw does make it a little easier, but you will find it's very easy to work with.
