What are the actual dimensions of just the clubhouse?
The rectangle on the base of the set is 60" x 80". The cut out portion of that space is 35 x 60.
Can you add a kitchen and grill?
Our swing sets will come with what is shown on our website.
I’m building an area for the skyfort. Can you tell me what are the recommended dimensions from front to rear and left to right? Kindly, Chris

Can the playset be installed on top of playground grade woodchips (~3" deep) as long as I properly install the anchors at ground level? Or does the base need to be laid directly on the ground underneath? I'm concerned about the base prematurely decaying.
We recommend applying a waterproof clear sealant to the wood as soon as possible and yearly as well to help protect the wood from the outdoor elements. We also recommend assembling and anchoring the unit to a flat and level surface and then adding the woodchips or rubber mulch afterwards.
Does the wood come in two tones, as pictured, or do I need stain to make it two tones?
It will come as pictured of course, which is a 2 tone design.
Are the spiral slide and wave slide able to be switched in position?

It is approximately 5 feet high.
Can the ladder be installed on the front and the rock wall on the back? I saw that in one of the customer photos. Is that an optional set up?
