The sink basing included with our countertop is 19" wide, 14" deep and 8" high.

What's the precise width of 47" cabinet without the top? I have the space 47.0".
This unit is 47 inches wide without the top, typical vanity tops are 48 inches wide to allow a half inch overhang on either end.

How does it mount to the wall
It mounts to the wall with screws and wooden cleat.
Since this vanity would not be freestanding but mounted flush with a wall on one side, is there a filler strip available for purchase?
We do not make filler strips, apologies. We recommend your installer make some out of wood or dry wall and paint them to match the vanity.
