Can a temperature dial be replaced

Thank you for your question. The Searing Grill 118 in. Stainless Steel Indoor Grill with Non-Stick Plates does require light assembly, such as removing cardboard, placing the grill plate and drip tray, etc.. to operate.
Is the grill made of teflon?

It appears that the grill plate has no holes on the far right side. Where will the grease run off to on this side. It doesn’t appear that it will drain into the drip tray, but run over the front and rear edge of the grill plate. Won’t this cause a mess?
