Installed this product last year and had to replace the cartridges but now have low water pressure
Hi Robert. Low water pressure after replacing a cartridge is likely caused by debris/sediment clogging the showerhead or an improperly seated cartridge. We recommend that you check the cartridge placement and if that is correct, thoroughly clean and flush the showerhead in case there is loose debris or sentiment build up. ~Design House Team

Is this valve recommended for downflow only ? Like the style but I need one that can do both up and down flow for current plumbing and future renovation plans
can just the shower head and handles be used and the tub spout be capped off? Just need it for stand alone shower, not tub
