I believe the transformer has an issue. It was working perfectly, and last week it started to flicker/ then goes out or dims really low. I checked the connections, I went through the different settings on the control box to change tye brightness and color

What shade of white is it? Warm white? Cool white?
Thank you for your question, this unit can be adjusted between 5 color temps: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K
During installation, I cut & rejoined these lights as instructed. I then synced the lights & now half the strip is a cool white, while the other half is a deep warm hue. I contacted the manufacturer who refused to provide a remedy… Please help.

I purchased 16 ft. Plug-In White Strip Light Cuttable Linkable Integrated LED Color Changing CCT Onesync Under Cabinet Light. Worked fine for 3 weeks then the remote stopped working. Changed battery. No Luck. Please help.
