How do you reconnect the remote to the fan?
To re-pair the remote to the fan, simply follow these steps: 1. Turn off power to the fan from the wall switch or breaker for a few moments. 2. Turn power back on to the fan. 3. Within 30 seconds of restoring power, press and hold the "learn" button in the battery compartment of the remote until the fan's light flashes and the fan begins to spin. I want to have a 36 in downrod for the ceiling fan. What is the length of extension wire included for this product?
The included extension wire is 42 inches long, and the wire coming from the motor is 12 inches long, this will allow for the easy accommodation of a downrod up to 48 inches long, so your 36 inch rod would be no issue.
How long is one blade
The complete blade span of the fan is 52 inches and the fan blades can only be replaced with exact an exact replacement from the manufacturer. Im needing a longer down rod so what color down rod do I need? Is the housing more black or dark brown?
Natural Iron downrods are the exact match for this model, but there are other common colors that work well, such as matte black and other iron types. The housing doesn't have any brown or bronze to it, it's more of a black or very dark grey color under certain lighting.
Is there a way to install a safety cable? Thanks
This model does not include a safety cable nor does it have a safety cable mounting point. Per UL certification requirements, since this model is below 30 lbs, a safety cable is not required for installation.
Will this fan work with the Lutron Maestor Fan/Light controller?
This fan is not compatible with other control devices. It can only be installed on a standard on/off switch and can only be controlled with the hand held remote control.
Does this fan have an uplight as well as a downlight?
This fan model only has a downlight.
