    Hello, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist with your question. The complete spout body can be removed to access the internal handle parts to tighten. There is a set screw at the back of the faucet spout body. Once that has been removed, you can pull the complete spout and handle assembly off. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

        The water seems to spray everywhere. I took out the screen with the tool, cleaned it, and it didn’t make a difference. I even tried to adjust the water pressure and still the spray was too sporadic. Do I need a new screen?

              I just had this facet installed last week I have the same issue and the faucet is brand new so debris is not the issue. What else could be causing the spraying? Water gets all over the counter whenever the facet is used

When the water is shut off during installation, the debris can settle in the lines and when turned back on, can get caught in the part. I would recommend using the provided aerator removal tool to remove the aerator and flush the part clean.                   Do not buy this product. Sprays all over due to a debris issue even with new installs. My bad for not reading the reviews here before the purchase. Kohler and Home Depot should not be selling this without a fix.

                    Disappointed
                    The look of this faucet is great. However once connected, water sprays out everywhere as opposed to being a smooth flow of water. I WISH I had read the reviews prior to purchase.Kohler was contacted and still awaiting a the tool to remove the aerator. However, based on the other reviews I don't have high hopes on either receiving the tool or it resolving the issues, if they do send it. It appears that this not so cheap faucet is trash!

                      Water flow is horrible. Whoever made the aerator for this faucet should be fired.
                      Major piece of crap. Installed one and works great (for now). The other is spraying everywhere. Took the aerator out, cleaned, let the faucet run for a minute plus. Still doesn’t work. Bought a new one. Worked for part of the day and then right back to spraying everywhere. Repeated the cleaning process. Still spraying everywhere.

                        Doesn't match the other pieces of the Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass
                        Picked this up so it would match the rest of the Cursiva Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass set but it doesn't which sucks. The wall mounts are a gold-gold while the facet it a champagne brass. Super disappointed.

                            Water sprays everywhere!
                            Very disappointed in this faucet. We boight 2 of them for our bathroom, but when you turn it on the water sprays everywhere. The pattern of the water through the aerator is egregiously bad. It sprays and splashes everywhere. Its pretty much unusable. Very disappointed in this and really dont want to have to buy 2 new ones. What the heck kohler... our entire house is Kohler faucets and sinks, but these faucets are terrible. Do not recommend.

                              Water pattern sucks!
                              Bought this $120 faucet and the aerator on this sucks. It sprayers in a random pattern and also splashes everyone on the sink. Makes a mess around the sink and can’t even get a smooth water flow :/

                                The faucet looks great, but the spout design is really bad. The flow sprays in multiple directions, and splatters water all over outside the sink. Called Kohler, and they told me they would send a new aerator . . . 3 months from now!! I'm convinced it won't work anyway. It's going back to the store

                                How can a faucet be this bad in 2025?
                                First off let me say I never write reviews. But this one... wow. They are so bad they warranted a little write up. Had a plumber install five of these for our restrooms. Literally only one of the five operates correctly. The issue, as many have complained about, is that the water flow is absolutely maddening. There is no reason that we can launch man into space, yet make a faucet that operates like we are in the stone age. I should have read the reviews (which I always do) prior to purchase, but it's a faucet right? I mean, it can't possibly screw up the only job it was created for. Tried removing the screen... that did nothing to help. I reached out to Kohler customer service (prior to writing this) and sent pics (found the email address in other's reviews). Never heard back, so here I am trying to prevent someone else from purchasing the world's worst made faucet.
