What type shade does it have? Can it be replaced?
The light fixture has a linen shade that can be replaced.
Is the rotary switch located in the lamp base? The diagram in the product description would indicate that is the case, although that makes no sense at all.
The rotary switch is located on the socket not on the lamp base.
Can I use a standard incandescent bulb in this lamp? Does it dim? Thanks!
This lamp is compatible with 12W LED or 100W Type "A" or 23W CFL bulbs. It is not dimmable.
Is the upright a single piece or sectional segments that have to be screwed together?
The upright is sectional with the power cord running through it, and it does need to be screwed together.
How much does this lamp weigh? My two year old has a habit of knocking over lamps.
This lamp weighs 10.34lbs.
Not sure on the exact weight but the bottom is heavy and light on top is light. I hope that helps.

1 bulb, not sure of the wattage but it came with a light bulb!
I love my lamp. It took me not even 10mins to put it together. Even thing comes included even a light bulb. It’s not as tall as I would’ve liked. But it definitely works

Comes with one 9W 2700K light bulb. We found the warm lighting to be perfect in our small space.
