To echo another post - I know this is an old question, but I am having the same issue. The issue is not getting the drill bit out of the drill, it is getting it out of the case. Very poorly designed case. I no longer use.
Same problem, can't get the bits out of the case safely. It is even dangerous as I have cut myself a few times before also stopping the use of these bits!

I know this is the dumbest question ever, but I can't get the drill bits out of the holder. I'm having to use a pliers to get them out and still can't get some. Any suggestions?

What drill do you recommend for these? I tried the biggest bit from this with ONE+ 18V Cordless 1/2 in. Drill/Driver Kit with (2) 1.5 Ah Batteries and Charger to drill tree stump and it did not work. Drill could not grip bit�well, and bit kept coming out.
