Do these shutters come with the screws and covers? If not where do I purchase them from?
Our TruFit PVC Shutters do not include screws or covers. You can install them using our optional French Cleat system for a secure off-the-wall mount, or with fasteners and screws designed for your home’s exterior material (such as wood, vinyl, or masonry). If you’d like, we also offer TruFit Touch-Up Paint so you can paint any fasteners or covers you purchase separately to match your shutters.
How is this shutter installed
Our True Fit PVC shutters are installed either by using screws or with our SteelTek French cleat or comparable hardware.
Are these sold in a pair?

Can the unfinished shutters be stained?
Thank you for your interest in this product! Yes, the unfished shutters can be both painted or stained. Keep in mind that PVC is a non-porous material. Wood stains are designed to penetrate the surface they are applied to, so a wood stain would not be ideal for PVC. If you intend to stain these shutters, I would recommend using a gel stain instead.
