                  Great little vacuum, but not made to last
                  I liked this vacuum cleaner for my hard floors. It’s lightweight and swivels beautifully. It grabs pet hair, dry crumbs, and dust very well. It struggles with some debris such as cat food, but it’s a stick vacuum so that’s to be expected. My only complaint is that it lasted two years before coming apart in multiple places. To be fair, it comes with a one year warranty so it did last beyond its stated lifespan. I guess I’d just hoped that if I maintained it well enough, I wouldn’t have to buy a new one every year or so. The vacuum mechanics still work as well as day 1, but the molded plastic body just becomes brittle with age and snaps apart. I tried using a plastic bond product, but that only got me another week before it came apart again due to the torsion of the vacuum’s swiveling. Great little vacuum, but sadly not made to last.

                    Worth it if you have a shall home or area
                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good Points: Great suction, easy to handle. Improvement Points: Battery life. On the medium power I get 7.5 minutes before the battery runs out. That's enough for me to do most of my small 3 bedroom house but somebody with a larger house would struggle The tools are very useful and easy to change and store. Really good battery storage and charging dock. It charges quickly enough for short bursts of use and will fully charge in just 3-3.5 hours. The only drawback I would consider is that the fill line is about halfway up on the dust container therefore needs emptying fairly frequently. It’ is however very easy to empty and wash if needed

                        No battery life at all...
                        I love the way this vacuum cleans.. But if you need to use it longer than 10 minutes your out of luck. Since I pulled this out of the box the battery time hasn't changed. You get maybe 10 good minutes when you use it a full force. So with that I give it a 2 stars.

                          Too easily breaks
                          While standing up by itself it fell over and broke all to pieces I give it a one and its attachment for the furniture is horrible I am very disappointed. How do I replace the part that broke

                            Better than Dyson

                                Horrible Pathetic Battery Life
                                Do NOT buy this vacuum. The battery life is INFURIATINGLY PATHETIC. 5 minutes and BOOM. DEAD. Laughable!!! A brand new FULL CHARGE literally will not last you 10 minutes on Level 2.

                                  Strong versatile vacum
                                  [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this vacum for almost a month and it's very powerful that I do not need to use higher than the lowest setting on carpets. Have tested it in rougher environment like construction zone and it performs well with construction debris and dust. Very versatile and easy maneuverability on corners and stairs. Only little area I think could be improved on is another placement for the optional attachment head on the unit itself or on the charging unit as how the extension and other piece is attached on the wall charger. I would not hesitate to recommend this vacum to anyone who needs a strong and powerful vacum. I've critically tested it in all different and unlikely areas where a floor vaxum would be used and it performed excellent. As noted before, I did not need to use it at the higher settings since it became too powerful and thus difficult to use. It's more power than would be necessary for regular household cleaning. The battery lasts for a good while under initial and medium settings. Highly recommend this vacum. At first I was very skeptical from the other reviews, but turns out to be a well made unit.

                                    Cordless bliss!

Dont have to log around the bigger unit just to vacuum small areas. The Samsung Jes 60 is great for vacuuming the staircase. Also removing pet hair. I like the ease in which you can clean the unit. The battery time is not bad.
