I calmed down and went to Reviews@RYOBItools.com per your directive - there was nothing available to help, the avenue is either bogus or it went to China and back and stalled in the sea. Ryobi doesn't attempt to contact the custome - 95% of customers never see your responses because there is no reason for the customer to back-track, meaning, Ryobi appears compassionate by the response, the unhappy customer rides off into the sunset, it's a win~win, only for Ryobi. Please don't play games with me!! Loyal Ryobi Fan~Getting Frustrated Batteries dead; completely drained batteries by way of fans, bug zapper, etc..., has led to batteries flashing 4 lights with zero charging/output abilities. According to the date codes, the batteries were about a year old at the time they were aquired. [2] 18volt=serial #'s [1] TM2432.. [1] TM2436... ☆☆The [2] 6Ah batteries are in warranty/ a defective/same issue, 4Ah has just exceeded 3 years.(no expectations) I cleaned the contacts, tried all other recommendations, with the exception of disassembling the battery pack. I can handle one battery going down after 1 year, when 3 out of 15 batteries stopped working, displaying the same code, I'm a little upset. ☆Ryobi instructed me to send batteries out for repair; the 'Ryobi Rapid Repair' has horrible reviews - I don't need anymore headaches; I have too much invested in Ryobi tools = impractical to start over with another brand; but, if Ryobi makes the warranty process undesirable, I will have no problem discarding or donating the tools and switching brands. I'm still a Ryobi fan, until I'm not=》stand by me and I will stand by you; no unrealistic expectations, just do what's right. Ryobi offering to give me grief via shipping batteries out, repairing known defects in warranted batteries, this gives me no faith in the durability and longevity of the repaired batteries. I’m really impressed with this RYOBI fan. It has strong airflow, is surprisingly quiet, and the cordless design makes it very convenient to move around. I also like that it can run on a battery or be plugged in, which makes it very versatile. Overall, it’s a great fan for the garage, home, or outdoor use.

I have bought three of these, 1st one is still working, 2nd one broke with in the 90 day refund, the 3rd one lasted a little longer than a year than the blade came off. I am not sure if I will buy any more looks like the first ones were made well and they've gotten cheaper quality now

Purchased the battery for the higher power draw of bench tool line. Works as advertised as it's had only a few uses in the 71/2" mitersaw.

This battery got so.hot that the plastic housing actually melted. It melted enough that some internal components are exposed. That feels like a fire hazard and now I'm reconsidering whether or not I should keep these in my house.

Finally enough power to last a three night camping trip! We've been using Ryobi One+ 18V batteries for many years to charge phones, watches, tablets and more recently to power a portable Starlink satellite dish. We HATE not knowing if they will last through the night to fully charge the devices so they are ready for another full day on the go. We also dislike having to change out batteries at least once a day. (Something more to forget when you're busy enjoying nature!) We LOVE that these 12 Ah batteries have the power to last the weekend. No more switching batteries at least once a day!

This fan travels in the RV to the porch to inside the house. Love that I can plug it in or use a battery. It is quiet, produces great airflow and the tilting face is another bonus.
