How much ozone does the HP 850 produce at its lowest setting? Its highest setting?
Hello, I do apologize for the delay. Our air purifiers do not have ozone generators.
Is the HEPA filter washable?
Hello! We appreciate your interest in our products. Regarding your question about washing the filters, we do not recommend washing them as it may cause damage to the HEPA filter and affect its performance. For optimal air purification, we suggest replacing the HEPA filter every 6-12 months and the pre-filter every 3 months. 1620 sq. ft. HEPA Pure Filter Console Air Purifier 27 in. White for Home, UV-C, Wildfire Smoke, Dust, Odors, Allergens
Allergens, germs, and odors, beware! With a HEPA filter, it captures 99.97% of dust and allergens as small as 0.1 microns in size! A large activated granular carbon filter attacks common household odors including those caused by smoke, cooking, and pets. Additionally, it works to reduce the many VOC's that are emitted by common household products and cleaning chemicals. UV-C light helps reduce airborne bacteria, viruses, mold spores*, and works to reduce volatile organic compounds. The Ionizer option can be turned on/off. When on, it helps boost allergen control by attracting microscopic particles from the air which are then captured by the HEPA filter. This air purifier circulates and filters the air 1x per hour in 1620 square foot rooms and 4.8x per hour in 335 sq. ft rooms. The easy to use panel includes UV-C control, a filter change indicator and an up to 6 hour timer. The purifiers stands 27" high and provides powerful air cleaning for large rooms. Choose from 3 options for fan speed including an ultra quiet mode for light sleepers. *Tested with Staphylococcus Albus, and Escherichia Coli, Aspergillus Niger, and Phi-X174
