We appreciate you sharing your experience with the Madison Park Signature Splendor 6-Piece Bath Towel Set.
We are sincerely sorry that your experience with these towels went from "plush and soft" to a "huge disappointment" so quickly. It is incredibly frustrating to invest in high-end, 1000 GSM towels only to have them fail during the very first wash cycle. You followed the care instructions perfectly, and to find a large hole and "flimsy" material after just one cleaning is a clear sign of a manufacturing defect. We apologize for the letdown and the inconvenience of having to deal with a damaged product right out of the gate.
