Questions & Answers
Mine does not work. Are the top plates replaceable? It worked like 1 minute and hasn't worked since.
We are sad to hear you are having some issues with our solar lights, please, note that in order for all solar products to work properly they will need to be placed where the solar panel is receiving direct sunlight during the day. Some weather conditions having little sunlight provided may affect the charging of the solar units in turn causing the unit not to work properly. We do offer a one-year manufacture warranty on all our solar lights and will be happy to replace defective unit(s). Send an email to our customer service team for assistance: support@techkogroup.com
