Hello dk47n, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am glad to answer your question. If your toilet is a one-piece model that originally used a metal anchor kit, there are a few options for replacement. If your original metal anchors are still installed and in tact, you can discard of the hardware that is included with the ReadyLatch toilet seat and use part number K-1133069 instead. If your toilet no longer has the metal anchors installed, the ReadyLatch anchors and hardware can be used. The only time they cannot be used is if the hole diameter for the hardware are 3/8". If this is the diameter and you no longer have the original metal anchors installed, K-84999 and K-1133069 would be needed for installation with a new ReadyLatch toilet seat.
