The ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 4.8 cu. Ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with 4-Way™ Agitator & TurboDrum™ Technology, Model # WT7155CW, can accommodate a king-size comforter, but it depends heavily on the comforter's thickness. A capacity of 4.5 to 5.0 cubic feet is considered the minimum size for bulky king bedding, but the central agitator leaves less usable space, so you should only wash lightweight or medium-weight king comforters to avoid damaging the machine or preventing a proper wash...^Ivan.
The 4.8 cu. Ft. Top Load Washer in White with 4-Way™ Agitator, NeverRust™ Drum and TurboDrum™ Technology, Model # WT7155CW, has a 4-Way™ Agitator, as indicated in its header! The 4-Way™ Agitator is irremovable...^Ivan.

Hi, Bob. We understand your inquiry regarding the availability of a second rinse option on the Normal cycle for your LG Top Load Washer (Model: WT7155CW). On this specific washer model, the Normal cycle is primarily designed for optimal efficiency using the minimum water and time necessary for moderately soiled loads. While the Normal cycle itself typically only includes a single rinse to conserve water and energy, the WT7155CW does have a built-in feature to add an extra rinse when needed, ensuring you have the ability to thoroughly remove detergent or fabric softener residue from clothing. To activate the second rinse, you will need to press the Extra Rinse button, which is located on the control panel, before you press the Start button, as this selection is an available cycle modifier that will add a second, complete rinse step to your selected cycle, whether it is Normal or another cycle like Heavy Duty or Bright Whites. A helpful troubleshooting step if you notice soap residue remaining on your clothes even when using the Extra Rinse option on your LG WT7155CW is to ensure you are not overloading the tub and that you are using the correct type and amount of detergent. Overloading can prevent water from circulating properly and rinsing detergent away, and using too much High-Efficiency (HE) detergent, or using non-HE detergent, can cause excessive sudsing that is difficult for the washer to rinse out completely. For your WT7155CW, always verify the load size is appropriate and measure your HE detergent carefully, using the lines in the cap or dispenser as a guide, which will ensure efficient cleaning and rinsing across all cycles, including the Normal cycle with the added second rinse. If you are still experiencing issues with residue or sudsing after adding the Extra Rinse option to your cycle, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. ^James
Should be a light that changes on the ring around the knob to indicate that.
Hi, Laura. Thanks for reaching out about your LG Washer (WT7155CW) model! It’s such a nice model with a sleek design, and we’re here to help you make the most of it. When it comes to selecting a cycle, just take a look at the control knob. There’s a little raised ridge or tactile indicator on the dial that lines up with the cycle options around it. It might not be super flashy, but it’s there to help you out. Once you turn the knob to the cycle you want, the LED light on the panel will light up to confirm your choice. Hi there, Laura. Thank you for your inquiry about the LG WT7155CW Washer. We understand your question regarding the spin cycle. This model does have a spin cycle before the rinse cycle. The spin function helps remove excess water from the clothes, ensuring they’re ready for the rinse cycle. If you'd like more specific details on its cycles or any troubleshooting, please feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. https://www.homedepot.com/p/LG-4-8-cu-ft-Top-Load-Washer-in-White-with-4-way-Agitator-NeverRust-Drum-and-TurboDrum-Technology-WT7155CW/320326726 Our team would be happy to assist you further! —Renzo
When you press the Start/Pause button on the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 4.8 cu. Ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with 4-Way™ Agitator & TurboDrum™ Technology, Model # WT7155CW to begin the wash cycle, the lid locks, and the washer agitates briefly without water to measure the weight of the load. The lid will stay locked until the wash cycle ends. If you want to add additional items to the tub during a wash cycle, you can do so while the Add Garments light is on. This light turns on at the beginning of the wash cycle to indicate when it is safe to add items to the tub. The lid will not unlock if the wash temperature is too high. While the Add Garments light is on, you can press the Start/Pause button to pause the cycle and add items to the tub, then press the Start/Pause button to resume the cycle. Adding items after the Add Garments light turns off may result in poor wash performance...^Ivan.
How much laundry are you using with the Speed Wash cycle on the LG 4.8 cu Ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with 4-Way™ Agitator & TurboDrum™ Technology, Model # WT7155CW? This cycle is designed to quickly wash lightly soiled clothing and small loads. For high wash and rinse efficiency, wash small loads of 2-3 lightly soiled garments. The washer has a LoadSense feature and when you select the Speed Wash cycle, the default time for that cycle is displayed. This time will change as modifiers or options are selected. If the display shows --, then the time will be displayed after the load sensing has detected the load size. The time shown is only an estimate. This time is based on normal operating conditions. Several external factors (load size, room temperature, incoming water temperature, etc.) can affect the actual time...^Ivan.
