My faucet start splashing around instead of streaming vertically which makes me think there might sediment blocking the faucet end. I saw something like a filter at end of the faucet . Can I remove it to clean it ?
Hello Hank. The aerator can be removed for cleaning. It unscrews from the spout assembly. If you are still having issues once it is cleaned, you can contact the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224, and they can send out a new aerator under the faucet's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Is the body of the faucet brass?

The white "hot" part of the handle is loose. How do I remove the cap and bolt to tighten it? I can't find any info anywhere on how. I tried the thinnest screwdriver I have to pry the silver end-cap, but it didn't work.
