Questions & Answers
Hello Chicology. What is the total extended length of the 48inch long blinds? Does the total extended length include the Top Rail and the Bottom Rail? Thank you for your help.
Hello Chicology. Is the Top Rail and the Bottom Rail reduced by a 1/4 in. width? If I order a 37.25 inch width, does the Top Rail and the Bottom Rail 37.25 inches wide. Thank you for your help.
Hi! Our Cellular Shades include an automatic 1/4-inch width deduction that applies to the entire product, including the headrail, fabric, and bottom rail. If you order a 37.25-inch width, the finished shade will measure approximately 37 inches wide. Thank you!
what is the outside color of the blinds?
Hi! The back color of the shade is white. This will be the color people will see outside the window.
do these shades come in lenghts over 48 inches?
Hi! Yes, our cordless Top-Down Bottom-Up shades come in 48" and 72" heights.
Do the blinds go down from the top as far as you prefer. I purchased blinds in-store at Home depot that only went down 1/3rd.
Hi! There is an issue with the blind you purchased because you should be able to pull it down to 72" in length. Please send an email to support@chicology.com so we can assist. Thanks!
How far apart are the two sets of strings?
Hi! for this size, the cords will be around 3.5-4" from the end of the headrail.
Can these be mounted on a half lite entry door? Can they be customized for shorter length? I need 22 x 36.
Hello, Yes! They can be used and installed on a half lite entry door. However, please note that the shade does not come with hold down brackets to keep it from moving. Also, the height of the shade is standard and can not be customized. Thank you!
can this product be installed from the ceiling?
Yes! most of our products will come with hardware brackets that can be used for inside, outside, and ceiling mount installation.
