Wireless Battery Operated Doorbell Kit with Wireless Push Button, White and Nickel

Worked until the doorbell button failed. Lasted about a year. For 40$ that's unacceptable.

This wireless bell kit is battery operated, has 6 different tunes to play and is 85dB loud. It comes with the bell that can be set up inside your house and the push button which can be situated or set up somewhere near your door outside. Super easy to use and set up and the white and silver design looks nice and will go with any wall, paint color you may have inside your home.

This is super easy to install that anyone can do it. I wish it used different batteries, like a 9V because I always have those around. Hopefully these C batteries will last long enough. The doorbell comes with 6 selectable tubes and you can adjust the loudness, which is a great feature to have. I installed in the rear patio door because I already gave a camera doorbell in the front. The transmission range is up to 200 ft.

This wireless, battery-operated doorbell kit is easy to install, and SUPER convenient to have.  It does not need to be hard wired, so you can put either the doorbell or the chimes/receiver wherever you want them to go.  It's transmission range is up to 200 feet, which is awesome, especially for someone with a home that is long, like mine.  The chime requires 3 "C" batteries; the doorbell ring has 6 selectable tunes, also a volume adjustment which you can set to your liking. It is super simple to adjust the volume, a simple level, the chimes are also super easy to set. My home is now over 35 years old; the original hard-wired doorbell no longer works.  I bought a replacement; it still did not work, so I have been without a doorbell, which I miss; my understanding is that this is quite common.  Since the former, non-working doorbell was still there, people would still try to ring it, but it doesn't work, so now I must always warn people the doorbell doesn't work.  NOT ANY MORE...  I am thrilled to have my front doorbell back.  My addition also has a two car garage with a front entry door that was not hardwired for a doorbell.  I plan to buy one for that door as well, as there too, it has happened in the past that someone came knocking at my door, but used that door; we never heard them knock.  We WOULD hear the doorbell, by adding a bell to that door.  No need to hard wire; we'd just use another wireless instead of paying an electrician to hard wire it.  It is a quick, fast, easy, effective solution.  I also LOVE the sound of the chimes, which is very pleasant...  it sure beats a door knock, or worse someone banging on your door.  If you use more than one (ie. one at the front door, what at the back door), you can simply make each have a different ring to differentiate.  I also have a several friends with a small business in a detached garage, workshop, or building on their property.  When the business area is closed, locked up, perhaps they are just breaking for lunch, this wireless doorbell could be set up to ring in the home to alert them they have a visitor at the business...  another great application... especially for when they are taking a lunch or coffee break... These could also be used in apartments, condos, anywhere really...  then when you move, you can take it with you...  Also a nice add on to a summer home...  not too shabby...  The sound from the doorbell is very pleasant, easy to take. I LOVE IT!  No regrets!  I am glad that I found it!    I LOVE devices that make my/our lives a little easier...  love convenience...  Again, great product, no regrets! It is also a lot cheaper than hiring an electrician to come out.

The Hampton bay Wireless battery operated door bell kit is such an easy item to install. The kit comes in a single package with and is ready to go. It hangs on a single screw and ties in to your wifi easily. The different door bell tunes/sounds are a fun to use. The sound volume is controllable. Being battery driven, it will pay to have spares in the house.

This is a handy door bell. I had moved my front in the past and haven't had any door bell since that time. This is the perfect solution for no hard wiring. Installation is easy - just need three batteries and decide on the location. Well I couldn't decide where to put the box with the "ringer" and then realized that I could just set it on the shelf in the living room. It didn't need a mounted location -perfect!!! The musical "ringer" selections have a suitable choice for everyone. They could take this one step further and let the customer record their own "bell" ie music.

Perfect as a replacement in a small house or apartment. I found it easy to set up, just add size C batteries. The units are attractive, if you don't mind plastic. Comes with an assortment of chimes. You can scroll through the chimes by pressing the button on the back. Just stop after the tone that you like. See my video to hear them all. I don't think that it will be loud enough to recommend for a larger house

I got this HAMPTON BAY WIRELESS BATTERY OPERATED DOOR BELL KIT IN WHITE WITH NICKEL TRIM for our back door because people keep coming to the back and we can't hear them knocking if we are upstairs. This was very easy to install, the push button only requires two small screws (included) and the doorbell requires one screw (also included). You will need 3 C batteries (not included) for the chime to work. There are 6 different chimes to choose from - after some deliberation we settled on "relax' which is a pleasant soft chime. We mounted the doorbell in the kitchen, so it can be heard anywhere in the house. The doorbell unit is modern looking and the white with the trim (that looks like stainless steel) went very well in my kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

This wireless battery operated door bell kit comes with everything you need for an easy install. It is white with Nickel trim which looks nice with any decor. The push button door bell is large enough to see but still slim and attractive on your house. It says it has a 200 ft range, but not sure about that, because we only need about 100ft. Also has 6 sounds to choose from, and can adjust the volume on the back of the wall unit. It takes 3 C batteries (not included) for the wall unit, and the push button door bell already had the small battery included. The wall unit itself is 7 1/4 " high, 4" wide and 2" deep. We have not had good luck with wireless door bells working very long in the past, but this seems to be a higher quality system, and so far we are very pleased...

I really do like this Hampton Bay wireless battery operated door bell, first of all it has a very nice tone to it and the volume of the ring is adjustable, it also has a selection of different rings to choose from by pushing a button on the back of the unit. The part that mounts on the outside that you push can be mounted by 2 sided sticky tape or you can use screws to attach by your door, both are provided in package. You can mount the inside part to a wall or just do like I did and sit it on a table.
