Bought this to turn my ridgid circular saw into a track saw. I am very happy with the speed of the delivery. I am also very happy with the ease of setup with the milescraft track saw. It works really great and makes cutting super simple, easy, and efficient. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to turn their circular saw into a track saw.

This guide has completely changed my perception of the circular saw. I've used a number of DIY guides that rely on maintaining contact against a guide edge. I would inevitably get frustrated for long cuts when I realize that there was a drift somewhere. With this guide, there is no drift or wiggle at all like with other Kreg guides. More than that, it lets you use your circular saw as a track saw which opens you up to the world of tracksaws.

Eliminate risks of freehand cuts and speed up time, safety and precision. These universal guides fit most saws making it the most accurate. The aluminum construction is rigid helps not to make the cut products flexible, in its cuts it reduces splinters and the quality of creation is reflected in each cut product. I highly recommend it because it is very useful and it is very good for projects at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have if you have any hopes of making an accurate and straight cut. This is made from aluminum and designed to accommodate multiple brands of saws. Setup is straightforward and to the point. Everything needs is provided. Clamps are provided to hold the guide in place to ensure there is no movement while in use. This is made from very high quality material and engineered to fit perfectly. The saw glides effortlessly. Additional tracks can be purchased to extend the length if needed. No feather of the edge of board is needed after being cut when you are ready to glue any piece together. That is how precise the cut is.

Works great. I tried setting up without reading the instructions and had to redo the assembly. Follow the instructions from the beginning and it works great. It is accurate and much easier to use than my old saw guide. I thinks its a good value.

Paired with the 90 degree square and it works amazing. Dont have the track saw budget? Then I recommend going with this and the 90 degree adapter plate.

I bought this and began using it earlier this week building cabinets for my new garage shop and it is even better than advertised!! Breaking down 4x8 sheet goods is a breeze and it stuck so well it didn’t need the clamps when I forgot to put them on! Reviews had this system better than the budget track saw systems (& my Kreg AccuCut) and it is —by a lot! The aluminum track and sled are finely machined and fit my circular saws of different sizes and brands beautifully. (Love that MilesCraft is using more aluminum in their new products!) The sled goes down the track so smoothly and there’s no slop or movement like I got with my AccuCut. And I put this through its paces breaking down 12 sheets of plywood and 8 sheets of laminate-topped sheets to cut them down to manageable size for my table saw. I honestly could have skipped the table saw entirely for the large cabinet parts but since I was new to this Milescraft TrackSaw setup I played it safe. Their add on Square Guide really made it easy to ensure accuracy and a square outcome. Get the track extensions too because they should have been included in the setup so you can do 8ft sheets and longer. All the manufacturers do that so it’s not unusual (I’m just used to Milescraft always going beyond the standard), Verdict: You don’t need a track saw to get the benefit of sawing guided by a track system if you get MilesCraft’s new setup!!! This delivers accurate, even, consistent results and the anti-tip and clamping is better than some super-expensive systems. My full size Bosch and Makita circular saws each fit well and felt great used with this track & sled. Even my HART circ saw I use for rough cuts fit & sawed well in the MC sled & track. Don’t waste your money on a track saw and track you can only use with that tool — Milescraft TrackSaw kit + track extension + Square Guide gives you amazing results that allow you to use whatever circular saw you have. It’s more than worth the cost and did better than the 2 actual “track saw systems” I tried out on demo (that cost 3-4 times as much) before buying the MilesCraft. PS: it really put my Kreg AccuCut track & sled to shame. I haven’t tried the equivalent Bora or PowerTech versions of it but as they have plastic sleds like Kreg I highly doubt they could match MilesCraft’s performance any better than the AccuCut. I noticed when i bought my MC set both the Bora and AccuCut sets were on sale and fully stocked but there was only one MC set left and i got the last extension track.
