One of the photos shows a saucer for these planters. Does a matching saucer come with the planter? If not, how do I purchase it?

What is the width of the planter at the bottom of the terracotta and the black planter (not sure that they are the same)?

Neither. This is a plastic planter.
Are these made in the USA
I bought these at home depot and the 20 inch vigoro planter says it has a 5 gallon capacity but online it states 13 gallons. Is it 5 or 13 gallons? This is a big difference. Thank you for confirming!
Take a 5 gal bucket (homer bucket say). Drop it in the planter. Does it fit? (It will). The planter is more than 5 gal. 13g may be pushing it but more than 5. None of these are marked correctly for volume. We saw a 16" pot marked for 1.5 gallons!!!
