Questions & Answers
Can the locking pin be on the side with the screws or does it have to be on the opposite side. Would prefer the outside of the door not have screws. The demo video shows it being screwed in on the side without the screws.
Hi there! The pin will be on the same side as the screws!
how to unlock it from the other side?
Hi Julie! You can simply use any pin and insert it into the small hole to unlock.
How do I determine right hand or left hand
Hi Mark! We have a great trick to determine whether your door is right or left handed. Stand in front of your door, place one hand on the hinge (this ensures you’re on the correct side of the door) and the other on the door handle, if your right hand is touching the handle you’ve got a right handed door!
Where is the locking feature on this handle?
Thanks for your question! The privacy pin is on the left side of the plate.
