No, please use at least 4 shelves. The top and bottom shelf for stability and 2 in the middle section.

The top and bottom shelves are needed to make the unit stable. The shelves in the middle can be placed where you set the slip sleeves.
Can this unit be split into two separate units? I need it shorter and this is the only option I have to get this size depth and length.
Hi Keke, You should have the parts to make ONE short stand. The unit does not include a set of female threaders for the second unit.. may be sold seperatly.
