Can the power cord be disconnected and the unit hard wired?
you can but it wont meet new codes that require it to be plug in
Its leaking around the drain....I believe there is a black o-ring that has been torn ...what should I do?

What size metal strain relief connector does this thing use? The instructions have you cut the wires THEN tell you the part isn’t included.

Is there an anti-jam mechanism or hex ket on the 3/4 HP model?
Jfraze - Thank you for your inquiry. The Glacier Bay disposal does not come with the hex key tool. The permanent magnet motor offers more speed at the initial revolution to assist with potential jams.
