Questions & Answers
Is this product heat resistant to the Florida heat?
It should not have any problem, we had sold a lot of fences to the region.
This fencing would be going around a pool on concrete. What is recommended to use for shimming so that the post are vertical and not leaning with the slope of concrete and that will not rot?
For the best results, we recommend creating a level concrete base for the post holders to ensure the posts remain perfectly vertical. Using shims is not ideal for this application, as they can shift or deteriorate over time; a solid, level surface is the most stable and durable solution for a pool area.
Is there an installation video demonstration
Sound dampening?
This is an outdoor product, level of sound dampening is hardly determined. We are sure it will be better than the regular wood and vinyl fences.
What is the fire code rating ie. Class A, B, C, D or noncombustible. This is important for anything inside Zone 0 (5’) of a structure per the new California Fire Code requirements that require noncombustible materials.
Our fence fire code rating fall into Class C. Per California Fire Code inside Zone 0, WPC composite fences will not be recommended.
How well does it hold up to intense heat and ultraviolet in the Arizona desert?

What does pronged mean in regards to fence panels
The pronged post holder is the post holder that used for dig-in installation. The prong is placed directly inside a pre-dug hole filled with wet cement.
