V300 Trinsic Series 72-in x 80-in x 4-9/16-in Jamb Tempered White Vinyl Sliding Right-Hand 2-panel Patio Door w/Screen

I purchased Milgard Trinsic windows and sliding glass doors to replace all of the original windows and doors in my condo. I expected a premium product that would look good and last for many years. Unfortunately, after only 18 months, a large brown stain has developed on the threshold of one of the sliding doors. The discoloration will not clean off and makes the door look old and worn, even though it is less than two years old. I have contacted Milgard about the problem, but so far I have not received a response. I am very disappointed with both the apparent durability of the product and the lack of customer service. A premium window and door system should not develop permanent discoloration after such a short time, and customers should not have to struggle to get support. I hope Milgard will stand behind its products and resolve this issue.

Milgard’s V300 sliding doors look stylish and work smoothly. They let in lots of natural light and save space, making rooms feel open and bright. Adding more details on energy efficiency and security features would make the information even better. These windows blew out from a strong storm. The Millard representative examined the doors but never got back to me. Really poor service

3 weeks owning slider and where the middle meets the seal leaks water to inside sliding shaft from middle. Maybe there should be a rubber seal in the middle to prevent this. Yes aware of weap holes, but still hard rain can come inside and ruin property.

Our new patio door, with a panel for our 6 pound yorkie to go in and out through, is perfect! We’re happy and he’s happy!

WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE DOORS, HOW THEY LOCK, HOW THEY OPEN AND CLOSE. BUT MOST OF ALL HOW THEY LOOK. BEST DOORS AND WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE.

Purchased these sliders just over a year ago and the vinyl window trim pieces have melted in the sun and are peeling off of the glass. There are also trim pieces that were cut too short. I'm told what may have happened is that Milgard took the windows apart and painted them black and then put them back together again because of the supply chain shortages on black windows.

We just had this installed and it is heavy duty. The installation was done perfectly. I would recommend this door. We had a key locking handle added to it and it works great.

My slid door as I was cleaning it I notice a blackish mark on the pane, showed to my installer and he could not remove it. So we determined it was in between the double pane. Other than that it’s a beautiful door and gives me a nicer view, than my old slider. S

Love the quality of our new door. Filters the sun and just looks beautiful.
