Do they smell like formaldehyde?
A slight odor may be present. The smell comes from the factory-applied primer on the door and is temporary. It will fade completely within a few days. You can accelerate this process with good ventilation and fresh air circulation.
can HD trim this door to 70 x 77 each door 35 x 77
Yes. The door can be trimmed 1 3/4" in the top and 2 1/2" in the bottom, both sides can be trimmed each 1/2". Pls note that the door cannot be returned after trimming.
I want to use them as pocket doors. Are the holes already drilled for the handles ?
Sorry our door doesn't come with pre-drill hole, you may drill the bore hole based on your specific needs.
What are the ruff opening dimensions for the door?
The door requires rough opening size is 58" x 81 1/2".
Does this door swing fully back to the horizontal wall? If otherwise, can I use a different hinge to do that?
Yes, The hinges is already installed on jamb. You will only need to nail the jamb together and attach the hinge jamb to the door. You don't need to mortise the depth of the hinge on the door side, just simply attach hinges to the edge of door slab and fasten with screws.
