Could these boards be installed vertically if they are screwed into a frame?
Hello Roger, yes this boards are to be installed vertically. The boards themselves slide into the channels of the aluminum posts (slide & stack) and they rest between the aluminum rails (CS037) which are screwed into the posts with the provided brackets & screws. will it be ok to hang a couple hooks to hold towels for our hot tub that is right next to it. Also, i plan to plant vines in the ground next to the fense and let them grow up the panels and attach them to the panel. Is this ok too?

As for hanging a couple of hooks, that is no problem as the material is strong and safe enough to hold towels without any issues. Can this be cut down so it’s only a 4 foot high fence?

Please note, however, that this item is designed to build a 6 ft. x 6 ft. panel, so reducing the height would result in some boards remaining unused. Can these boards be cut at an angle to go with the grade of a yard?
Hello, yes, the boards can be cut at an angle to follow the grade of the land. Please keep this in mind when ordering materials for a racked fence. Because the fence boards will need to be cut at angles, the effective length of each board will be reduced, which can shorten the fence sections. my area is 10ft 3in x 6 ft high surface mount on concrete pad. I know I need cs037,cs 038, cs 040 and cs092. Is there any thing else required? I am not sure what cs 033,034, 093, 094 items are. There is not gate required as it is a privacy fence.
Hi Richard, That is perfect! For your fence panel, you will need the surface mount posts (CS040), post bases (CS038), fence boards (CS092 – Manhattan Gray Shade), and rails (CS037). Since you do not require a gate, these are all the items you need to complete your fence panel. Item numbers CS033, CS034, CS093, and CS094 are simply alternative shade panel options that we offer. Since you have selected CS092 (Manhattan Gray Shade), you do not need any of those additional items and are all set.
