Love the design, but doesn't seem sturdy
Would not recommend, the cord ruptured and nearly scared my wife to death after only two months in our guest bathroom, where it was only used maybe five times during that time span. Moen doesn't seem to do live chat or online self-service for warranty repairs so now need to find a time when I can call to see if I can get a replacement.

Poor quality
I see other reviews about this, but the reality is the shower attachment is plastic, it sucks, it broke without even a year of use. I was looking at the other hose showerheads from Moen and they seem to function the same with a cheap, poor, lacking durability parts on the upper portions of the showerhead

Dont waste your money
The adjustment ball that attaches to the pipe coming from the wall cracked within two months. Was great for a while.

Poor quality, poor design, do not recommend
We have had this shower system installed in our bathroom since May 2021 and this morning the shower head snapped off in my hand as I turned on the shower. We have also had issues with the diverter not working properly since the day it was installed. The diverter won't fully pull up to divert all of the water from the main faucet to the shower head leading to an excessively loud shower, water shooting out of multiple areas and other issues. For the amount of money we spent on this, I would have expected higher-quality materials, a better design and a more productive/efficient product.

Plastic Connection Breaks
The first one I purchased leaked at the plastic connector and the shower pipe that comes out of the wall. Second one broke while adjusting the shower head. The connector needs to be made of metal not plastic. Loved it while it worked. Loved the magnetic connector. Just wish they would make a metal connector.

Stylish Affordable Quality

Plastic connector is worthless
Love the Magnetix hand held shower sprayer head. The plastic connector is a piece of junk. I did not have the paperwork to back up the date of my purchase. Had the sprayer head about 2 years, could not find a replacement part and had to buy a whole new assembly.... which they are all made that way....ridiculously disappointed! I would recommend if the connector would be made just as good as the shower head.
