BEHR PREMIUM Complete Coat Gray Primer blocks medium to heavy stains and has excellent adhesion to multiple substrates. It offers corrosion and rust resistant properties to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product also provides a high-hide, mildew-resistant primer firlm with quick recoat time and can be applied to masonry surfaces with a pH level up to 13.

Will this work on PVC?
Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their answer is, Hello, thank you for your question. We do not recommend our Complete Coat Paint directly on PVC. We recommend priming PVC with our Bonding Primer No. 432 which is ideal for slick and tough-to-paint surfaces. Good luck with your project! -Giovanna
