The Anker SOLIX F3800 Portable Power Station comes with a base battery capacity of 3.84kWh. Its runtime when powering only basic home needs (without any major high-power appliances) fully depends on the total power consumption of your connected devices. For your reference: If your basic home load (including common low-power devices like lighting, home router, small fridge, phone chargers etc.) has an average total power draw of 200W, the F3800 can theoretically deliver continuous power for around 19 hours. If you equip the F3800 with the Anker SOLIX BP3800 expansion battery to increase total capacity, the runtime will be extended correspondingly based on the added capacity.

Yes, the C1000 Gen 2 Portable Power Station can be safely operated inside your house. It is a pure battery-powered portable power station with no internal combustion components, so it will not generate harmful exhaust fumes or carbon monoxide that create safety hazards in enclosed indoor spaces. To ensure stable and safe performance when using it indoors, please follow these guidelines: 1. Keep the ambient temperature within the recommended discharge range of -20°C to 40°C (-4°F to 104°F). If you charge the unit indoors, make sure the ambient temperature stays between 0°C and 40°C (32°F to 104°F); otherwise, the built-in BMS will disable charging to protect the battery. 2. Do not cover the device's ventilation openings during operation to maintain proper heat dissipation and prevent overheating. 3. Avoid placing the unit near water sources, in extremely high-humidity areas, or directly on flammable surfaces for extended use. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Yes, the Anker SOLIX F3800 can power 4 units of 100W electric blankets (total 400W load) while being charged by solar panels at the same time. You can use this function normally as long as the total power of your connected appliances does not exceed the rated output power of the F3800(6000W). Please note the following points: 1. Make sure the open-circuit voltage of your solar panels stays within the 11–60 V DC input range required by F3800 to avoid device damage. 2. If you turn on the 240V whole-home output mode, the AC charging from wall outlets or pure sine wave generators will be disabled, but the solar charging function via XT60 ports still works normally If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes — the F3800 can be charged from a 240V generator, as long as the generator provides 240V pure sine wave output. Please note: The F3800 does not have a dedicated generator input (HPP) charging port It can only be charged through: the AC input port, or the DC solar input port So if your 240V generator is a pure sine wave inverter generator, you can charge the F3800 through its AC input port. At the same time, the F3800 also supports 240V output for home backup power. It includes: 2 high-power 240V AC output ports (L14-50R and L14-30R) 1 bidirectional 240V Home Power Panel port A single F3800 can provide up to 240V / 6000W output, which is suitable for many household 240V circuits. When paired with the Anker SOLIX Home Power Panel, one F3800 can provide up to 240V / 6000W backup power to your home. If two F3800 units are connected through the Double Power Hub and used with the Home Power Panel, the system can provide up to 240V / 12000W output. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime!
