          Hi Larry,in standard cooling mode, most condensed water evaporates on the condenser. When running in high humidity or dehumidification mode, surplus liquid water will collect in the built-in water tank, which you will need to drain manually.Alternatively, you can connect a drain hose to the drain outlet for continuous gravity drainage.

            Hi Steven,this unit only runs at 54 decibels. You may check if this noise level works for you. It will automatically turn off the display lights and further lower operating noise.

                Super Cool!
                When the temp reaches 104...this is amazing. We got this to supplement the central air which just does not cut the mustard on these very hot days. Great for the bedroom so we can at least get a good nights sleep. The sound is no louder than a window unit. It will also work with my solar generator in case of a power outage. Pretty easy set up too. It does have some weight to it at 44 lbs but it comes with wonderful wheels so you can move it around the house easily. Directions are simple and set up easy. Be sure to get your CR2025 battery if you want to use the remote. Cool down was lightening fast too!

                Run don't walk
                This AC is fabulous. The vent can be used vertically or horizontally. It has a sleep function which is less noisy but even in the regular mode it's not a lot of noise. It has cooling, fan, and dry modes. It’s equipped with a timer and multiple speeds as well. You can control it by the panel on the machine or with the included remote. It's on wheels for easy portability and the filters are washable. I got a 10,000 BTU and it says that it cools up to 450 sq ft but in an open layout like I have it's almost double that if I turn on my ceiling fans to low and circulate the air. This AC has exceeded my expectations.

                Great Unit
                This little air conditioner has been a life saver in this hot Colorado summer we’ve been having. Our summers have generally been more moderate but it’s been 100 degrees with high humidity, which makes our evaporative cooler hardly work. So to be able to decrease the humidity and cool part of our home with this unit has been awesome. My favorite part is that you don’t have to constantly dump the water from condensation. This unit recycles and evaporates the moisture so it goes out the window with the hot air! Easy install and operation.

                Keeping it Cool
                This 10000 BTU 4 in 1 portable A/C unit is the answer to the unrelenting heat during GA summers! If you live especially live in high humidity areas and your central A/C is struggling or has gone out, this is the solution! No more ugly bulky window units! This is perfect for a bedroom, den, shop, or any room that needs a cool down. The directions were simple and well laid out with pictures, and set-up took less than 20 minutes. When unpacking the unit, cut the bottom bands off the bottom of the box and it will slide right up and off! The 2 intake filters(on the side and back of unit) are easy to remove and clean with soap and water. I DEFINITELY recommend using the provided drain hose because the tank fills up quickly. We used a bucket for it to drain into. The unit will show an Error code E4 when the internal drain reservoir is full and it needs to be emptied, but using a bucket is easier so it doesn’t need to be emptied so often. The rolling 360 degree wheels make it simple to roll to another room to use. All you need is a window and an electrical outlet!Our windows are 47 years old and the window kit fit perfectly. This unit also serves as a dehumidifier which we’ll be using to dehumidify our encapsulated crawlspace as well. It has several settings to meet multiple needs including a sleep mode as well. This unit is much quieter than a different brand we’ve used before. Super happy with this unit! Oh! Did I mention it has a worry free 5 year warranty ?👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

                Great Portable Air Conditioner
                Package arrived on time. Inventory all parts that were supposed to come and for any damages all good. This is a 8000 BTU enough to cool comfortably 350 sq ft room. Comes with a remote which makes it easy to control. Comes with wheels for ease of moving around. Window hook up have different applications vertical or horizontal windows installation. Instructions were very straightforward. Portable air conditioner is well made and once hooked up cool room with ease. I would recommend this product for its installation and well made.

                Convenient portable unit to cool down a room quickly
                We have central air but needed a portable a/c unit to cool down a family room where the central air doesn't cool down sufficiently. It cooled down the room from 80F to 74F in less than 60 minutes. It's more pleasing to the eyes and quieter than a window unit. And it can easily be moved out of the way when not in use. I needed to cut 5inches off the baffle plate with an angle grinder so it could fit in the window (see pic). I also needed to super glue the exhaust adapter to the baffle plate because it was not holding tight (see pic). I purchased some foam insulation to surround the baffle plate in the window to make for a sealed fit. The exhaust adapter fits against the inside of the screen so no bugs can get through into the fan (see pic). When not cooling down a room I plan on using it as a dehumidifier for the basement.

                Cool air on a hot day
                This portable air conditioner works like a champ. I have an exercise room that it fits perfectly in and cools the room excellently while I exercise. It doesn’t take long to cool the entire room. The window insert fits perfectly in the room’s window. The three pronged cord is exceptional with both a test and a reset button. The control panel is easy to manage and a remote can also be used. This air conditioner is a great product and I’m very pleased with it.

                This little helper solved all house AC issue
                Here you go: I bought this portable AC to help solve a problem in my house where the upstairs level was always warmer than the rest of the house. My older central AC was not doing a good job keeping the upper floor comfortable, especially during hotter days. After placing this unit upstairs and venting it through the window, it made a noticeable difference. The room cools down much faster now, and the temperature feels much more balanced compared to the rest of the house. Setup was pretty simple, the hose and window kit were easy to connect, and the unit is compact enough to fit nicely in the corner without taking up too much space. The controls are easy to understand, and it gives off strong airflow. It is not completely silent, but the noise level is reasonable for a portable AC. Overall, this was a very good solution for cooling the upstairs area without having to replace or upgrade the whole house AC system.

                Good air conditioner
                This 12,000 BTU air conditioner has been a reliable addition to my home. It easily cools my medium-sized living room within fifteen minutes of turning it on, even on the hottest summer days. The installation process was straightforward, and the included window kit fit properly without needing extra modifications.                 Solid AC for a home office
                I've been using this portable air conditioner in my home office to keep cool during the summer months here. It was very easy to get going, just installed the hose and window kit to the nearest window. The front display shows the current temperature, and the unit is easy to control through the app, the small remote, or the touch buttons on top. Only minor caveat is the remote didn't come bundled with batteries, so I had to order those separately. Overall, it does what I need it to do.
