how do i get a 4inch coupling on a 4 inch drainpipe?

there doesn't seem to be enough difference in coupling size and drainage pipe

I think this coupling is not to be used with PVC sewer/drain pipe, which is about 4.215" outside diameter. It instead is probably for schedule 40 PVC pipe, which is about 4.5" outside diameter. But the description does not seem to clearly say that, so I am not sure.
