I just started using it on Friday June 24th, 2022 and the Tank is defective. The Valve Knob is Not allowing the Propane to fully exit the Tank and appears to be a very OLD Tank, that was simply Spray Painted and refurbished with minimal Quality Inspection before reselling.
Very disappointed with a Company like Home Depot choosing AMERI-Gas as the refurbished supplier. They stink and caused me major inconvenience.

This is just a basic 20lb propane tank. Half of the tanks this HD has are crappy rusted tanks and some look like the one in the picture. The initial tank I got had no propane in it even though there was a new plastic cap over the threading. I kept telling the girl that the tank is too light and you can't feel or hear any propane moving around in the tank. Only got this tank at this HD as that is where I returned their truck that had my propane heater table and chairs to take to my house as my Explorer could not fit all 3 boxes.

These are great quality propane tanks. When one is empty just return for a full one. No hassles. I have never had a problem with the valves getting stuck.

We were trying to fix up an old grill that had no tank. Ended up that it was too far gone … plus, Home Depot had great new ones on sale!
It was very easy to buy the tank. As we checked out, the clerk helped clarify what we were doing and told how to work the AmeriGas tank pickup. Voila!
The Propane Tank was perfect. We needed it for the new grill so we were VERY happy.

We had just bought a new grill for our son from home depot and needed a tank for it. We paid over $48 for a tank that looked like a relic from WWII! It was painted a dull grey, and actually looked like it had been patched in places. I only hope that when it's empty it can be exchanged for something in better condition.
